ADAM
Our name is our programme: „Academy for Dialogue Application and Mediation“. ADAM promotes and shapes education diversity and, knowledge transfer and change. We build and cross bridges between West and East, create networks between North and South, promote communication and foster visionary webs between Europe and the Orient. ADAM contributes to shaping and strengthening culture of dialogue in politics and society, economy and environment, science and art. We want to promote openness and competence in order to learn from each other and live better together – locally and globally.
About us
About us
ADAM was founded in July 2020 by the Austrian diplomat and political scientist, Sabine Kroissenbrunner, and the educational sciences expert and religious studies scholar, Viola Raheb. The ADAM team is supported by international experts from diplomacy, politics, business, science, art, culture, religious communities and civil society on the board of trustees and advisory board.
Core to the project implementation and “good practice” are the participants and volunteers working with ADAM.
The Academy is a non-profit association financed by membership fees, donations, subsidies, sponsoring and contributions in kind.
Our work
ADAM promotes understanding, participation and cross-border cooperation. In our projects, we work with different target groups for a resource-oriented, creative development of the individual and for the shaping of a peaceful society and sustainable environment. The Academy contributes to active civil societies, to social dialogue and cultural, artistic and academic exchange.
