Founder, Chairperson

Sabine Kroissenbrunner is a political scientist and Austrian diplomat. Education and professional activities in Austria, Great Britain, Germany, Turkey, Serbia and Egypt. Main areas of research and professional activity: migration and religion, integration policies, conflict resolution strategies, regional development, cooperation in intercultural and inter-religious contexts especially on the topics of democracy, human rights, gender equality and environment. Certified trainer in creative writing and integrative biblio- and poetry therapy. Languages: German, English, Turkish, French, Serbian, Arabic

Founding member, deputy chairperson of the association

Dr. Viola Raheb is a religious scholar and author. She has many years of experience as a university lecturer (e.g. at the Institute for Religious Studies/University of Vienna & University of Graz, Dar Al Kalima University/Bethlehem, Theology of Religion and Religious Studies-Catholic Theology/Goethe University Frankfurt, Institute for Cultural Anthropology and European Ethnology/University of Graz). Furthermore, she has training and consulting experience in various organisations in the public sector (ministries, NGOs, companies) and is curator of various programmes and initiatives focusing on women, peace, social cohesion and ecumenical and inter-religious dialogue. Catrin Neumüller studied philosophy, history, German language and literature and worked as a journalist for Austrian Television (ORF). Since 1995 she has worked as a cultural manager in the fields of visual arts, design, literature, TV, film and multimedia production, museums, visitor centres, (large-scale) events, and in a leading role on socio-political issues (flight, climate change adaptation, hospice and palliative care, sustainability). She is a founding member/advisory board member of the associations KlimaKonkret, Kulturvision Salzkammergut, ADAM Academy for Dialogue Application and member of the supervisory board of the Capital of Culture Bad Ischl - Salzkammergut 2024 GmbH. Martin Rupprecht is a Catholic priest and Islamic advisor to Cardinal Dr. Christoph Schönborn OP. Working in Vienna's 15th district, the most multicultural district in Austria, he is a mediator between cultures within the Catholic Church and locally and internationally active in Christian-Muslim dialogue. Gabriela Schmidle has a degree in tourism. Founder and owner of MTS - Marketing Tourismus Synergie Wien GmbH - an event agency specialising in tourism marketing, PR and the organisation of markets with renowned projects such as the Schönbrunn Palace Culture and Christmas Market, Schönbrunn Easter Market, Hof Palace Christmas Market, Christmas Quarter at the MQ and POTS and BLITZ - Ceramics.Porcelain.Design Market at the MQ.
